* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN OSWEGO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 545 AM EDT

* AT 345 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  SHOWED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO CROSS
  SOUTHERN OSWEGO COUNTY.

* THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINS
  THROUGH 430 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER TWO INCHES HAVE BEEN
  REPORTED. AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTS FLOODING OF PARTS OF
  RTE. 481 IN FULTON.
