NORTHEASTERN WILLACY COUNTY IN TEXAS THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF PORT MANSFIELD * UNTIL 1215 AM CDT * AT 1145 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF PORT MANSFIELD...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR... OVER PORT MANSFIELD IN THE NEXT FEW MINUTES SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
