NORTHWESTERN TEXAS COUNTY IN THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE * UNTIL 515 PM CDT * AT 444 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.
