THIS WARNING IS AN EXTENSION OF THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WHICH WAS
ORIGINALLY ISSUED AT 106 PM.

*  AT 400 PM A WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN THE EAGLE
VALLEY AREA...WHERE 1.50 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN.  MODERATE TO
HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL ACROSS MUCH OF LINCOLN COUNTY
THROUGH 6 PM.


AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED
TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND... SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
WATER BEGINS RISING.
