   CALIENTE SOUTHWARD THROUGH ELGIN AND CARP

AT 840 PM PDT RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES OF 1.50 TO 2.50
INCHES DURING THE PAST HOUR FROM THE DELAMAR MOUNTAINS JUST
NORTHWEST OF CALIENTE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST TO THE VICINITY OF CARP.
