     LATIMER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST

* AT 1120 PM CST...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 2 MILES WEST OF DOW. MOVING EAST AT 60 MILES PER HOUR...  
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME. WIND   
  DAMAGE HAS BEEN REPORTED IN DOW WITH THIS STORM.
