  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  LINCOLN...NEAR THE ARKANSAS COUNTY LINE.. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT
  ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES EAST AT 20 MPH.
