  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  LINCOLN. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES EAST
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH .
