EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 745 PM CDT * AT 712 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR OZARK AND ALTUS...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE... OZARK AND ALTUS HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS AND WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH MPH CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT.
