* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA
  OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA
  PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA
  TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 745 AM CDT

* AT 525 AM... 525 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING AREA.
  THE AREA OF RAIN HAS SLOWED ITS NORTHWARD MOVMENT AND THIS WILL
  RESULT IN HEAVY RAINS PERSISTING IN THIS AREA.

* FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA AND ANOTHER 1
  INCH MAY FALL BY 7AM.

THE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE VERY RAPID RISES ON SMALL CREEKS AND CAUSE
MAJOR STREET FLOODING IN URBAN AREAS.
