* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ANDERSON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
  SOUTHEASTERN COFFEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
  SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 315PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN HAD ENDED TEMPORARILY FROM
  SOUTHWEST OF OTTAWA NEAR BURLINGTON TO GARNETT TO NEAR LANE.

* HOWEVER...THUNDERSTORMS HAD BEEN TRACKING OVER THE SAME AREA
  SINCE LATE MORNING. AROUND 3PM...LANE IN SOUTHEAST FRANKLIN COUNTY
  REPORTED FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE NOON.


  DONT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS!  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
