THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN CASS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN TEXAS

* UNTIL 1225 PM CDT

* AT 920 AM CDT... THE SHREVEPORT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
  RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN IN NORTHEASTERN
  CASS COUNTY.  THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.

* DOPPLER RADAR IN SHREVEPORT INDICATES 6 TO 8 INCHES OF RAIN MAY
  HAVE FALLEN IN NORTHEASTERN CASS COUNTY SINCE 700 AM. FLASH
  FLOODING IS LIKELY IN EASTERN CASS COUNTY THROUGH THE LATE MORNING
  HOURS.

THIS AREA HAS HAD PERSISTENT HEAVY RAINS FROM SLOW MOVING
THUNDERSTORMS. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT
DRIVE THEIR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
