FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 PM PST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA
 
   ...WEST CENTRAL AND CENTRAL ORANGE COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN FALLING IN WEST CENTRAL ORANGE COUNTY. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF OVER 2 INCHES IN AN HOUR AND OVER ONE AND A HALF
INCHES IN 30 MINUTES HAS RESULTED IN LOCAL FLASH FLOODING IN THE
IRVINE AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
