  HOWELL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 400 AM CST

* AT 310 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 3 MILES
  SOUTH OF SILOAM SPRINGS OR 10 MILES WEST OF WEST PLAINS.  THIS
  STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
