  NEAR BIG CEDAR LODGE ON HWY 86 SOUTH OF BRANSON

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  AT 1 AM...HEAVY RAINFALL HAS CAUSED SOME ROADWAYS TO
  NEARLY CLOSE OR CLOSE OVER PORTIONS OF TANEY AND OZARK
  COUNTIES OF SOUTHERN MISSOURI

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE HALF TO ONE INCH HAVE FALLEN
  SINCE 9 PM AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN
  MAY FALL THROUGH 6AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT
IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

NEVER DRIVE INTO A FLOODED STRETCH OF ROAD.  THE DEPTH OF WATER MAY
BE ENOUGH TO FLOAT YOUR VEHICLE.
