FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  830 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA

PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES FROM WEATHER RADAR IN CHARLESTON INDICATE THAT 1
TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN BUCHANAN COUNTY IN THE PAST 3 HOURS.
ANOTHER AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS BUCHANAN
COUNTY BETWEEN 4:30 AM AND 6:30 AM. RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES
PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS...AND THIS WILL PRODUCE
