* AT 1205 PM PDT...AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT INDICATED A TORNADO BETWEEN
  FERNLEY AND SILVER SPRINGS ALONG HIGHWAY 95A...MOVING WEST AT 15 MPH.

* THIS TORNADO WAS NOT THREATENING ANY URBAN AREAS.
