THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RENO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DOUGLAS COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL NEVADA

* UNTIL 350 PM PDT

* AT 245 PM PDT...AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN DOUGLAS COUNTY.  THE
  THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY WEST.

* HEAVY RAIN WITH SMALL HAIL AND STREET FLODING HAS BEEN REPORTED 7
  MILES SOUTH OF GARDNERVILLE. HEAVY RAIN OVER THE JOHNSON LANE AREA
  WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING BEFORE 330 PM.

AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS...AND BE PREPAREDV
TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND...SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN.  IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
WATER BEGINS RISING.
