* BASIS FOR WARNING:  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE INDICATED ON RADAR
MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AROUND 25 MPH FROM NORTHERN SCOTLAND INTO
HOKE COUNTY.
