* THIS STORM WILL AFFECT:


* AT 130 AM EST...WAKE AND JOHNSTON COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORTED
  SEVERAL
  CREEKS AND STREAMS IN BOTH COUNTIES APPROACHING OR EXCEEDING
  BANKFULL.  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
  THROUGH MUCH OF THE NIGHT.  ANOTHER INCH OR TWO OF RAIN COULD
  FALL...THIS COULD CAUSE AREA CREEKS AND STREAMS TO RISE EVEN MORE.
