THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PUEBLO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN BACA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO

* UNTIL 1015 PM MDT

* AT 710 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 3 INCHES OF
  RAIN IN THE PAST HOUR FROM VILAS TO 3 MILES SOUTH OF TWO BUTTES AND
  FROM 10 MILES EAST OF TWO BUTTES TO THE KANSAS BORDER.  THE HEAVY
  RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING FLOODING RAIN ALONG
  HIGHWAY 116 BETWEEN TWO BUTTES AND THE KANSAS BORDER AND FROM VILAS
  TO TWO BUTTES.

IF YOU ARE IN OR CLOSE TO THE WARNED AREA GO TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT DRIVE OR WALK THROUGH WATER.  YOU NEVER KNOW
