* AT 737 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE CHESAPEAKE BAY MOVING EAST
  NORTHEAST AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH. THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL ENTER
  WESTERN TALBOT COUNTY BY 750 PM.
