WESTERN TALBOT COUNTY IN MARYLAND * UNTIL 945 PM EDT * AT 857 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF WITTMAN MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
