* AT 250 PM EDT... RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES SOUTH
  OF WHITESBOG MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT CHATSWORTH AND THE
