FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1240 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN DELAWARE

   ...NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY

THE AUTOMATIC RIVER GAGE AT COOCHS BRIDGE ON THE CHISTINA RIVER NOW
SHOWS A LEVEL OF 8.95 FT AND RISING.  FLOOD STAGE IS 9 FT.
ALTHOUGH THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS ENDED OVER THIS AREA...THE RIVER IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO RISE AND CREST AROUND 10 FT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
