* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN KENT COUNTY IN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 655 PM EDT

* AT 453 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED EXTREMELY
HEAVY RAINFALL OF 2 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR SOUTH OF KENTON IN KENT
COUNTY DELAWARE. THE THUNDERSTORMS CAUSING THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WERE
MOVING SLOWLY TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AND HEAVY RAIN SHOULD CONTINUE
FOR A COUPLE MORE HOURS.
