THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BERKS COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 200 AM EDT

* AT 1054 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE UPPER
 SCHUYLKILL RIVER AREA OF WESTERN BERKS COUNTY...IN THE GENERAL
 VICINITY OF HAMBURG. A SPOTTER ALSO REPORTED AROUND 2 INCHES IN
 LESS THAN AN HOUR. THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAIN AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS
 WILL BE MOVING SLOWLY EAST OR SOUTHEAST AND GRADUALLY DECREASE IN
 INTENSITY OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
