THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN CARBON COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 925 PM EDT

* AT 715 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A NEARLY
  STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHERN CARBON COUNTY.  RADAR ALSO
  INDICATES THAT UP TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN SINCE
  600 PM IN A SMALL AREA BETWEEN LEHIGHTON AND PALMERTON.  THE
  TOWN OF BOWMANSTON APPEARS TO BE DIRECTLY UNDER THE STORM.  COUNTY
  OFFICIALS REPORT THAT FLOODING OF ROADWAYS IS ALREADY OCCURING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
