THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PHILADELPHIA COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 630 AM EDT

* AT 230 AM...MINOR FLOODING WAS INDICATED ALONG FRANKFORD CREEK
IN PHILADELPHIA. THIS WAS IN ADDITION TO FLOODING IN AREAS OF POOR
DRAINAGE THROUGHOUT THE CITY...AS A RESULT OF OVER AN INCH OF RAIN
SINCE ABOUT 9 O/CLOCK ON SATURDAY EVENING.

THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO TAPER OFF...AND THE FLOOD WATERS SHOULD
DRAIN AWAY BY...OR SHORTLY AFTER DAYBREAK.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
