000 TTAA00 KPHL 131601 FFWPHL NJC019-027-041-131800- BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED FLASH FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOUNT HOLLY NJ 1200 PM EDT SAT JUN 13 1998 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR... WARREN COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY MORRIS COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY NORTHERN HUNTERDON COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 205 PM EDT * THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN HAVE ALREADY DROPPED BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF RAIN THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY AND CAUSED ROAD CLOSURES...ESPECIALLY IN MORRIS COUNTY. YET ANOTHER BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL BE MOVING OVER THE SAME AREAS IN THE NEXT ONE TO TWO HOURS AND WILL LIKELY CAUSE SOME URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING AS WELL AS PUSH SMALLER CREEKS OVER BANKFULL.
