FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...MERCER COUNTY

AT 1130 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RIVER GAGE READING FOR THE
ASSUNPINK CREEK WAS READING 6.72 FEET AND RISING RAPIDLY. FLOOD
STAGE FOR THE ASSUNPINK IS 7 FEET.

AT THIS RATE OF RISE...THE ASSUNPINK CREEK IS EXPECTED TO GO OVER
FLOOD STAGE BY OR AROUND MIDNIGHT.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
