THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MARSHALL COUNTY IN WESTERN KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 1010 AM CDT

* AT 700 AM CDT...LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM PADUCAH KENTUCKY TO
  JONESBORO ARKANSAS...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

* A SECOND ROUND OF HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE ACROSS MARSHALL COUNTY
  BETWEEN 700 AM AND 900 AM CDT.  ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE
  POSSIBLE.  THAT WOULD BRING TOTAL RAINFALL TO BETWEEN 3 AND 5
  INCHES SINCE   MIDNIGHT.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED AREA...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE
IMMEDIATE ACTION. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS
BY FOOT OR BY AUTON. PERSONS WITH LIVESTOCK OR PROPERTY IN LOW LYING
AREAS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT THEM FROM HIGH WATER.
