     WOODS COUNTY IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1045 PM CDT

* AT 1004 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 10 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF LOOKOUT...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MILES PER HOUR. ALVA IS IN THE 
  PATH OF THIS STORM.

TAKE COVER NOW. ABANDON MOBILE HOMES AND VEHICLES. MOVE TO A SHELTER
BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE...MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM OR
HALLWAY ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
