AT 715 PM CDT DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO ALONG
HIGHWAY 64 JUST EAST OF PULASKI MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.  THE TORNADO
WILL PASS ALONG HIGHWAY 64 AND INTO THE FRANKEWING COMMUNITY SHORTLY.
