* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SMITH COUNTY IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 220 AM CDT

* AT 1217 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A PERSISTENT AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER SMITH COUNTY. THE
  WESTERN SECTIONS OF SMITH COUNTY HAVE LIKELY MEASURED OVER 2
  INCHES OF RAIN SINCE 11 PM. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS
  LIKELY THROUGH 130 AM. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE RAIN-
  SWOLLEN CREEKS AND STREAMS TO LEAVE THEIR BANKS. IF YOU
  LIVE IN A FLOOD PRONE AREA...MOVE TO HIGH GROUND NOW!
