* AT 734 PM CDT... SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO JUST NORTH OF RICHLAND
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO MAINLY REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS.

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED AREA...TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF ONE
