THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMING COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA
  DODGE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 950 AM CDT

* AT 330 AM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE STATIONARY
ALONG THE CUMING/DODGE COUNTY LINE.  DOPPLER RADAR WAS ESTIMATING
THAT RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 4 INCHES HAD FALLEN OVER THIS AREA SINCE
MIDNIGHT.

SOME FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN THE CITY OF DODGE AT 340 AM.

ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO THE
AREA WITHIN THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS FROM THE WEST...INCREASING THE
THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING.

THIS WARNING REPLACES THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR
CUMING COUNTY ISSUED EARLIER.  ALSO...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN
EFFECT FOR PEBBLE CREEK IN CUMING AND DODGE COUNTIES THROUGH THE
MORNING.
