* AT 555 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH LARGE
  HAIL 25 MILES WEST OF ST CLOUD.  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST-
  NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
