* AT 500 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM NEAR
  STOCKHOLM OR 45 MILES SOUTHWEST OF EAU CLAIRE.  THE STORM WAS
  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
