* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  RICE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 125 PM CDT

* AT 1220 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH
  DAMAGING WINDS NEAR KILKENNY OR ABOUT 23 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  MANKATO.  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED
