  FARIBAULT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1155 PM CDT

* AT 1105 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A SEVERE STORM
  WITH DAMAGING WINDS IN FAIRMONT AND ALSO 9 MILES NORTH OF
  FAIRMONT.  TREES AND POWER LINES WERE DOWNED AT 1103 PM IN
  FAIRMONT AND ALSO 9 MILES NORTH OF FAIRMONT. THE STORMS WERE
  MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
