* AT 920 PM...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A SEVERE STORM WITH
  LARGE HAIL JUST SOUTH OF FARMINGTON OR 30 MILES SOUTH OF ST PAUL.
  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
