* AT AT 620 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH LARGE
  HAIL NEAR HAWKINS OR 20 MILES TO THE EAST OF LADYSMITH.  THE STORM
  WAS MOVING WEST AT 10 MPH.
