AT 220 PM CST...MOBILE DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED AT 3 TO 4
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF STONE COUNTY AND
THE SOUTHERN QUARTER OF PERRY COUNTY.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
CONTINUE OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF STONE COUNTY AND THE REMAINDER OF
PERRY COUNTY...CREATING A FLASH FLOOD THREAT ACROSS THE ENTIRE PORTION
OF STONE AND PERRY COUNTIES.

WATER CATCHMENTS... AND WATERWAYS. SHALLOW... GENTLY FLOWING WATER
CAN BECOME A RAGING TORRENT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY AND THE ROAD BENEATH MAY NOT BE INTACT. VEHICLES
CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. IT ONLY TAKES
