* AT 1125 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT MOBILE
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN AND
  CENTRAL CHOCTAW COUNTY... WHICH
 ARE MOVING SLOWLY EAST-NORTHEAST.

* THIS WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND POOR
