* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PERRY COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSISSIPPI
  STONE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 820 AM CDT

* AT 620 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT MOBILE
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WESTERN PERRY AND STONE
  COUNTIES... WHICH ARE MOVING EAST 15 MPH. THESE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED
  RAINFALL RATES AS HIGH AS 3.5 INCHES PER HOUR.

* THIS WILL CAUSE IMMEDIATE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND POOR
  DRAINAGE AREAS IN THE WEST PORTIONS OF PERRY AND WESTERN STONE...
  AFFECTING THE EAST HALF OF THESE COUNTIES LATER.
