* AT 2 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG HIGHWAY 44  4 MILES WEST OF I-95.
  MOVEMENT WAS THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH...BUT
  WERE BUILDING TO THE SOUTH AT 10 MPH.
