* AT 840 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN REPEATING
  OVER NORTHERN ROCK COUNTY.  3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN
  IN PARTS OF THE COUNTY SINCE AROUND 3 AM

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING AS MUCH AS 2 TO 3 INCHES
