THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  MONROE UPPER KEYS IN SOUTHERN FLORIDA

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT

AT 855 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM
PRODUCING A WATERSPOUT 3 MILES EAST OF OCEAN REEF CLUB MOVING WEST
AT 40 MPH.

THE WATERSPOUT WILL MOVE ONSHORE OVER THE NORTHERN PORTION OF KEY
LARGO BETWEEN 905 AND 920 PM.

AT NIGHT OR DURING HEAVY RAIN...THE ONLY CLUE TO A TORNADOS
PRESENCE MAY BE ITS ROAR. IF AN UNUSUALLY LOUD ROAR IS HEARD...TAKE
COVER IMMEDIATELY.
