IN SOUTHWESTERN FLORIDA ...SOUTHERN COLLIER COUNTY AT 802 PM EST... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR MARCO ISLAND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE GOODLAND....EVERGLADES CITY...OCHOPEE... AND COPELAND. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS UNDER STURDY FURNITURE IN AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. USE PILLOWS TO PROTECT YOUR HEAD. AVOID WINDOWS.
